Decent plants, delivery a bit slow
I bought some 'Petunia 'Surfinia Purple'' plug plants and a bag of their compost. The plants themselves arrived in good condition, looked strong and started growing well after potting them up. The compost seemed fine too, no complaints there. My main gripe was the delivery time; it took over a week for the order to show up, which felt a bit long for live plants, even though they were packaged okay. Also, I tried to ask a question about planting through their website, and the response took a few days. Customer service could be a little faster. But for the price, especially if you catch a spend and save offer, it's a solid option.
